The talks between Iran and the United States in Islamabad discussed the Strait of Hormuz, the nuclear program, reparations, the lifting of sanctions and the final settlement of the conflict in the region. This was reported on April 12 by the Reuters news agency, citing the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Bagai.
"A representative of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that over the past 24 hours, discussions have taken place on the main topics of the talks, including the Strait of Hormuz, the nuclear issue, war reparations, the lifting of sanctions, and the complete cessation of the war against Iran and the region," the statement said.
