Galina Skobeeva, a resident of Sudzha, Kursk region, who returned from captivity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), said on April 12 that Kurians faced a complete lack of information in the occupation of Ukrainian militants.
"We were completely starved of information. When we got to Sumy, the Internet appeared, and we read, watched everything, searched for information about relatives," TASS reports her words.
On April 11, Izvestia correspondent Leonid Klimenchuk showed footage of the return of the Russian military from captivity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to Klimenchuk, the fighters will be taken to a hospital, where they will undergo a medical examination and rehabilitation, after which they will be able to go home.
On April 11, Russia returned 175 servicemen from Ukrainian captivity, and 175 prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were transferred in return. In addition, the last seven residents of the Kursk region, who were illegally detained by Kiev, were returned from the territory of Ukraine.
On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian servicemen who returned from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime called their relatives and shared their first emotions.
