More than 380 residents of the Kursk region remain missing. This was announced on April 11 by Governor Alexander Khinstein.
"The return of people is a great gift on the eve of the Bright Resurrection of Christ. These people are the last of those forcibly detained by the Ukrainian side, according to Ukraine. But, unfortunately, they are not the last of the missing residents of the border region — 381 people remain on the register," he said in a message on the MAX messenger.
