Iran has denied the passage of an American destroyer through the Strait of Hormuz.

Tehran has denied reports of an American destroyer passing through the Strait of Hormuz. This was reported on April 11 by the Iranian state television IRIB.

"The official representative of the central headquarters, Khatam al-Anbiya: the statement of the commander of the US Central Command about the approach and entry of American ships into the Strait of Hormuz is strongly refuted, and the initiative for the passage of any vessel is in the hands of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran," the Telegram channel said.
