The bodies of two tourists who died in Kamchatka were found, the cause of their deaths was hypothermia. This was announced on April 11 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"As a result of an inadequate assessment of the weather and meteorological situation, failure to take measures to ensure the safety of participants in the hike and non—compliance with established safety requirements during the route, two participants aged 22 and 24 died of hypothermia, and five more people were injured," the press service said in the MAX messenger.
