Commander of the 119th Air Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Maxim Pischur drove his subordinate to suicide for offering to surrender to the Russian army.

The militant said that the Ukrainian command had appointed him senior to the position. During his work, he recorded the offensive of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

"They started shooting back, [a subordinate with the call sign] Bro, he had health problems, he started coughing, "chuffing", "puffing". He was calling for us to surrender. I "charged" him there a couple of times, [beat him], and in the end he then [committed suicide]," Pischur said in a video distributed by the Russian Defense Ministry.
