It is clarified that Prince Harry is one of the founders of Sentebale. Another defendant in the lawsuit is Sentebale trustee Mark Dyer.

"A case has been filed against Prince Harry and Mark Dyer, who, according to the evidence presented, are the organizers of the negative media campaign that had a significant viral effect and provoked a wave of cyberbullying against the charity and its leadership," Sentebale said in a statement.
