The Italian banking group UniCredit does not intend to liquidate its business in Russia. This was reported on April 10 by the Reuters news agency with reference to a letter from the organization.

"Due to some speculative rumors in the media, UniCredit confirms that there have been no changes in the strategy we are implementing, and we are constantly informing the market about our activities in Russia," UniCredit said in a letter.

In addition, the banking group noted that their activities in Russia are focused on servicing international companies and processing payments, in particular, in dollars and euros.

On April 10, the Italian brand Trussardi announced that it continues to operate normally in Russia and plans to further develop its activities in the Russian market. It was clarified that the conclusions about the closure of the business, made on the basis of the accounting statements of the company "T. R. S. Distribution", cannot be the basis for assumptions.
