Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on April 10 that the conflict in Ukraine cannot be overcome without security guarantees for the Russian Federation.

"No one in the European Union (EU) has said a word about Russia's security guarantees, without which the conflict cannot be overcome, but the question arises: to whom does the EU want to provide these guarantees?
