Iran will start negotiations with the United States if Washington accepts all of Tehran's preconditions. This was announced on April 10 by the Iranian State Television (IRIB).
"If the other side accepts Iran's preconditions for starting negotiations, these negotiations will begin," the Telegram channel post says.
