A court in Krasnodar satisfied the demands of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and converted the assets of former deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Kuban and related persons who conducted joint illegal activities with former vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory Andrei Korobka into state revenue, the courtroom reported on April 10.

The defendants in the case are Sergey Fursa and Alexey Sidyukov. The total value of the confiscated assets resulting from corrupt practices amounted to 81.5 billion rubles.

"The court decided to satisfy the claims <...>," RIA Novosti quotes the judge's decision.
