Navigation of small vessels will open in Primorye on the weekend

Navigation of small vessels starts in Primorsky Krai on April 11. The relevant resolution is published on the website of the regional government.

Traditionally, navigation begins in mid-April. However, in 2025, due to the warm weather, ships were allowed to go to sea on April 1, the PrimaMedia news agency reminds.

Starting from September 1, new rules for the use of small vessels will come into force in Primorye. They establish requirements for the technical condition and safety of watercraft. One of the key rules will be mandatory registration in the register of small vessels if the weight of the watercraft is more than 200 kg, as well as if the engine power is more than 8 kW.
