Mikhail Khodorkovsky's book (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) "How to Kill a Dragon?" was added to the register of extremist materials on April 10. This follows from the updated list on the website of the Russian Ministry of Justice.
The Book by Mikhail Khodorkovsky. How to kill a dragon? A handbook for novice revolutionaries. Moscow – Chita – Krasnokamensk – London – Moscow. 2003-2023," the list says.
It is noted that the book was recognized as extremist by the decision of the Moscow City Court of February 6, 2026.
The day before, the Supreme Court of Russia granted the claim of the Ministry of Justice to recognize the international public movement Memorial (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) as an extremist organization and ban its activities in the country. The press service of the Armed Forces explained that the movement "has a pronounced anti-Russian character" and "is aimed at destroying the foundations of Russian statehood."
