U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant met with the heads of major American banks this week to discuss cyber risks related to the new model of artificial intelligence (AI), Anthropic. This was reported on April 10 by the Financial Times (FT) newspaper.

The meeting was attended by the heads of Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell was also present. JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon was invited, but was unable to attend.
