The Central Bank of the Russian Federation may reduce its key rate to 14.5% in April. This was announced on April 10 by the head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) Alexander Shokhin.

"On the other hand, it is clear that the uncertainty is quite high. Therefore, with these small steps, by 50 basis points, the Central Bank will probably move towards the projected 13% by the end of the year," Shokhin said.
