On April 10, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov referred the issue of Britain's surveillance of Russian submarines to the Russian Defense Ministry.
"This should be addressed to our defense department. Our fleet performs its functions in the world's oceans. Contact the Ministry of Defense," he commented.
