The Italian brand Trussardi continues to operate in Russia as normal and plans to further develop its activities in the Russian market. This was reported to Izvestia on April 10 by the company's press service.

"Trussardi continues to operate in Russia as normal and plans for further development in our market," the company said in a statement.

The Trussardi press service explained that T. R. S. Distribution LLC, whose tax statements were published earlier, was a Trussardi distributor in Russia before the change of brand ownership. At the same time, in 2024, the brand was purchased by Miroglio Group, but T. R. S. Distribution LLC is not part of the structure of this company, and also has no relation to it.

It is noted that in this regard, the reports of T. R. S. Distribution LLC reflect the activities of a legal entity that no longer interacts with Trussardi and cannot serve as a basis for conclusions about the presence or absence of the brand in the Russian market.

In addition, after the completion of the transaction, Miroglio Group established its subsidiary in the country under the name Motivi-M LLC, which is the official copyright holder and operator of the Trussardi brand in the Russian Federation. Thus, Motivi-M LLC manages the retail network, wholesale sales, presence on marketplaces and marketing activities of the brand in the territory of the state.
