During weight loss, you can consume bread in small quantities. This was announced on April 10 by the head of the project "School of Weight Loss", an endocrinologist at the NCC NCC No. 2 of the Russian National Research Medical Center. Petrovsky Julia Atamanova.

Atamanova added that bread can be considered as an element of the plate method and a source of carbohydrates. Nevertheless, when choosing bread, it is important to evaluate its caloric content and composition.

"It is better to have whole-grain, wallpaper or flaked flour in the first place. After such bread, you will feel full longer and will not get hungry 30 minutes after eating. The calorie content is approximately 210 kcal per 100 g, such products usually contain less sugar," the doctor explained.

Nutritionist at SM Clinic Alina Galkina explained on April 7 why the body sometimes resists weight loss. According to Galkina, one of the common reasons is an excessively strict diet with a serious calorie deficit.
