The calculation of strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) "Molniya-2" of the unit of unmanned systems (UAVs) of the Dnepr group of forces destroyed the temporary deployment point and the control point of the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Orekhovsky area of the special operation in the Zaporozhye region. This was announced on April 10 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The operators of the unmanned systems unit of the 58th Guards Combined Arms Army used aircraft-type complexes to destroy objects located in the basement of a dilapidated building. Before the strike, all targets were verified by means of aerial reconnaissance.

The department clarified that uninterrupted communication when controlling drones was provided by standard domestic means of communication.

"Aerial reconnaissance greatly helps the troops in detecting the enemy, identifying its concentration. <...> The UAV performs reconnaissance, after which there is a report on attack UAVs that are already disrupting logistics, destroying equipment, and burning columns," said the operator of the Molniya-2 UAV with the call sign Leshi.
