Figure skater Alisa Dvoeglazova was awarded the title of Master of Sports of Russia. This is evidenced on April 10 by an order published on the website of the Ministry of Sports of Russia.
"In accordance with the Regulations on the Unified All—Russian Sports Classification, approved by the order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation <...> to award the sports title of "Master of Sports of Russia" <...> to Alice Ivanovna Dvoeglazova," the document says.
In the 2025/26 season, 17-year-old pupil Eteri Tutberidze became the silver medalist of the Russian Championship, won the jumping championship and became the winner of the Grand Prix final.
On March 27, an order was published on the website of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation awarding the title of Honored Master of Sports of the Russian Federation to Russian skier Anastasia Baghiyan after winning three gold medals at the Paralympics in Italy. Baghiyan won three gold medals at the last Paralympics: in sprint and cross-country skiing at 10 km and 20 km. In addition, she and another Russian skier, Ivan Golubkov, took sixth place in the mixed relay.
