In Russia, it was proposed to issue electronic certificates to citizens with confirmed allergic diseases for the purchase and installation of breezers, ionizers, humidifiers and other devices for cleaning and improving air quality. Boris Chernyshov, Vice Speaker of the State Duma, addressed the relevant initiative to Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Health of Russia.

The document notes that allergic respiratory tract diseases are one of the most common forms of chronic health disorders in Russia.

According to the deputy, ensuring high-quality air exchange and filtration in residential premises is an effective measure to reduce the effects of allergens on the body.

"The use of household air purifiers with highly efficient filters can significantly reduce the concentration of pollen and household allergens, reduce the severity of symptoms and the frequency of exacerbations of allergic diseases, which has a positive effect on the health and well—being of citizens," Chernyshov quotes Lenta.Ru .

According to him, the implementation of this initiative will help improve the quality of life of millions of Russians, reduce the need for drug therapy, and significantly reduce the long-term burden on the country's healthcare system.
