In the Velikiye Luki district of the Pskov region, a male pedestrian was killed as a result of a car collision. This is reported by the Telegram channel "PAI. Pskov summary".

The hit-and-run occurred on the night of April 9 on the 468th km of the federal highway M-9 "Baltia". An unidentified car hit a man near the village of Torchilovo, Lychevsk volost.

The pedestrian received various injuries, from which he died on the spot. The driver disappeared, and a search is underway for him, the Pskov News feed writes.
