Anastasia Salandina, a judge of the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo Region, and her family were found to own 21 properties, some of which were purchased at an undervalued price. This was announced on April 9 by a source of Izvestia.

"It has been established that Salandina A.S. owns four real estate objects in the Ivanovo region, purchased in 2021-2024 at a price (from 170-350 thousand rubles) many times lower than the cadastral and market value," the document says, which was reviewed by Izvestia.

In addition, 10 real estate objects were found in her husband's possession, including residential buildings and land plots, mainly in the suburbs of Kohma. Salandina's mother owns three more properties, and her father owns four.

At the same time, the judge's income in the period from 2023 to 2025 amounted to about 7.7 million rubles, her husband's income for the same period was about 900 thousand rubles, and her brother's income was about 2.5 million rubles. The pension of Salandina's parents in the amount of 20 thousand rubles is also mentioned. It is noted that some of the real estate could be rented out, but the judge did not indicate this in the declared income.

On the same day, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Igor Krasnov, initiated a lawsuit against Judge Salandina. The assets of her family members became the basis. According to the Armed Forces, they do not correspond to the declared income.

Salandina was appointed a judge of the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo region in February 2019. She is a member of the collegium of the instance for the consideration of disputes arising from administrative and other public legal relations.
