Anti-war rallies against US policy in the Middle East were held in Las Vegas
Anti-war rallies against US policy in the Middle East are taking place in Las Vegas. Footage of the April 9 protests is published by Izvestia.
The footage shows how American protesters lined the road with placards criticizing the US administration's policy in the Middle East.
According to Izvestia correspondent Nikolai Masterov, local residents demand a complete cessation of hostilities in the Middle East and begin to solve problems through diplomacy.
One of the participants of the rally, Tom, noted that he does not support the actions of the United States in Iran and tries to attend all anti-war rallies.
"I've been trying to develop the peace movement in Las Vegas for a long time. I really care how much money is spent on bombs and what destruction they cause, and I believe that our country should have better living conditions," said Karen, a participant in the rally.
On March 29, more than 3,000 No Kings protests against Washington's policies took place in the United States. The protesters demanded the end of the war in Iran and the withdrawal of migration service staff from the cities. The participants held placards with the words "No genocide" and "There will be no false king."
