As part of Space Week in Moscow, the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) hosted the Team of the Future forum, where 270 young specialists discussed the future development of the rocket and space industry. This was announced on April 8 by the press service of Roscosmos.

"Specialists from all over the industry, from all over the country come here. This is the idea of this forum, it is the establishment of horizontal links, the search for something new," said Vladimir Shchedrin, a specialist in the second category of the NPO Energomash layout department.

The event was attended by young engineers, designers and managers. The forum program included lectures and master classes from representatives of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The experts highlighted the history of the study of distant planets and provided information on promising industry projects.

Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Mikaev, Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Andrey Fedyaev, who are currently aboard the International Space Station (ISS), congratulated the residents of the Russian Federation on the beginning of the first Russian Space Week, which will be held from April 6 to 12. As Fedyaev reminded, throughout the week, Russians will have access to many educational, cultural and memorable events. Thematic films about space, cosmonautics and Russia's role in the exploration of distant lands are also scheduled to be shown in theaters and cinemas.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
