Kim Schmitz, the founder of the Megaupload and Mega file sharing sites, known as Kim Dotcom, expressed concern on April 8 after the statement of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) about the plans of the European Union (EU) to develop its own weapons of mass destruction.

"Can you imagine what would have happened if Ursula [von der Leyen] and Kai Kallas had nuclear weapons?" he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
