Russia does not have enough labor resources in the construction sector. This was announced on April 8 by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin at a board meeting of the Ministry of Construction and the State Council commission on Infrastructure for Life.

"We are sorely short of labor resources, so we need to increase labor productivity by 22%. An extremely difficult task. It will entail the digitalization of the industry, the introduction of artificial intelligence, a reduction in the investment and construction cycle, and a reduction in construction time," Khusnullin said.
