Putin awarded Larisa Rubalskaya the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded poet and composer Larisa Rubalskaya the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation. This became known from the decree published on April 8 on the official portal of legal information.

"To award the honorary title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation to Larisa Rubalskaya— a songwriter, member of the International Union of Pop Artists (Creative Union), Moscow," the decree says.
