In the area of Novodmitrovka, Sumy region, more than 30 soldiers of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) left their positions after attacks by Russian troops. This was reported on March 8 in the law enforcement agencies.

"In the Krasnopolsky district, the command of the 119th separate air defense brigade could not even stop the flight of its own soldiers from their positions with "motivational" detachments. In the area of Novodmitrovka, over 30 Teroborona soldiers deserted from their strongholds after our fire attack," a security source told TASS.
