"I propose to provide social housing without waiting in line to those in need of better housing conditions for participants with disabilities of the I group. A similar benefit should be provided to veterans who became disabled during the fighting in the border regions," Mironov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The draft proposes to provide for the provision of residential premises to citizens of this category from the social use fund, taking into account the norms allowing for an increase in the total area. The deputy also clarified that after completing the active stage of treatment, such citizens need to be restored at home.
Senator Ayrat Gibatdinov said on April 8 that the families of the participants of the SVO are entitled to compensation for 50% of the cost of housing and communal services (housing and communal services), for which they must apply to the social protection authorities. The benefit is valid for an indefinite period and is granted both during the period of participation in the SVO and after the return.
