BPS troops destroyed the positions of Ukrainian UAV operators in the DPR

Calculations of unmanned systems troops (UAVs) as part of the Center group of forces destroyed the firing positions of operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of the Grishino settlement of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the Dobropolsky area of the special operation. This was announced on April 8 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The military successfully used shock FPV drones to eliminate camouflaged enemy UAV control points hidden in destroyed buildings. Intelligence also revealed the movement of AFU personnel to drone equipment storage sites.

After that, the targeted attacks of the FPV drones destroyed the enemy UAV crews. These actions provided our forces with complete air superiority over the populated area, which facilitated the advance of the assault groups deep into the enemy's defenses.

New mobile electronic warfare groups will help secure entire areas from enemy UAVs.

On April 4, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that drone operators of the BPS unit of the 177th Guards Marine Regiment of the Center group of forces destroyed an AFU reconnaissance group in the Dobropolsky direction. It was clarified that during the fighting, the infantrymen noticed how the Ukrainian intelligence officers were trying to move to the positions of the group's units.
