In the Selemdzhinsky district of the Amur region, a rock collapse occurred in an unused tunnel near the village of Tokur, resulting in the death of two people. This was announced on April 7 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Amur region.

"According to operational information, there were three people in the tunnel. <...> During the search operations, the HCSC specialists found and brought to the surface the bodies of two victims," a message on the MAX messenger said.

According to the press service, one of those trapped under the rubble managed to get out on his own.

It is specified that an operational group from Blagoveshchensk was sent to the scene of the incident. 14 mountain rescuers of the paramilitary unit of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations from the Khabarovsk Territory arrived in the work area by Mi-8 helicopter.

The circumstances of the incident are being established.

A source from Izvestia reported on July 29 that two people were injured in a rock collapse in Kislovodsk. It is specified that the incident occurred in the sanatorium "Moscow" on Dzerzhinsky Avenue, 50.
