By the end of 2025, the number of registered unemployed in Moscow has decreased to 11.6 thousand people. This was reported on April 8 by RIA Novosti with reference to a document from the government of the capital.

"The number of registered unemployed as of December 30, 2025 amounted to 11.6 thousand people," the materials say.

It is specified that a year earlier this figure was 13.1 thousand people. The registered unemployment rate decreased from 0.18% to 0.16%. It is also noted that at the end of 2025, there were 37 vacancies per unemployed person in Moscow.
