Temporary work restrictions have been introduced at five airports in Russia.

Restrictions on aircraft flights have been introduced in the air ports of Bugulma, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Samara and Ulyanovsk. This was announced on April 7 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Airports Bugulma, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Samara, Ulyanovsk. Temporary restrictions have been introduced on the reception and release of aircraft," follows from a publication in the MAX messenger.

The press service added that these measures are necessary in order to ensure safety.

Earlier in the day, the Federal Air Transport Agency reported on the introduction of restrictions on work at the airports of Penza and Saratov. According to the agency, this is necessary to ensure security.
