Nutritionist and nutritionist Sofya Kovanova revealed who shouldn't eat cookies. In conversation with aif.ru On Tuesday, April 7, she noted that cookies are a rather high—calorie product that, if consumed frequently, can negatively affect health.

The specialist noted that when choosing, one should give preference to cookies with a short shelf life of no more than two weeks, and also avoid too cheap options, as they may contain harmful substances.
