Sales of new motorcycles increased in Russia
Sales of new motorcycles in Russia in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 9% compared to January-March last year and amounted to 5,693 units. This was reported on April 7 by the analytical agency Autostat.
A quarter of all new motorcycles sold in three months accounted for the Voge and Regulmoto brands (712 and 707 units, respectively). The top five brands in terms of sales volume were supplemented by Motoland (408 units) and Racer (308 units), as well as BMW (220 units), which is not officially present on the Russian market.
The best-selling new motorcycle market in the country is the Motoland XF300, with 367 units sold in three months. It is followed by two Voge models in the rating — DS (243 units) and CU (172 units).
Analysts noted that separately in the first month of spring, motorcycle sales totaled 4,161 units, and this is a record for March for all years of market surveillance.
Earlier, on April 2, the Moscow Department of Transport urged Moscow motorcyclists to refrain from traveling until the official opening of the motorcycle season. Motorcycle rides are still unsafe due to the changeable weather. It creates dangerous conditions for riding a motorcycle. In the morning, the asphalt remains cold, as a result, the grip of the tires on the road deteriorates, and the risk of falling is much higher.
