The management company filed a lawsuit to recover utility bills against the namesake of the star of the TV series "Happy Together" Natalia Bochkareva, Izvestia was informed on April 7 in court.

As specified in the instance, the claim of Smynex Comfort Service LLC was filed against the defendant Natalia Bochkareva. The patronymic of the actress herself is Vladimirovna.

Earlier, the media reported that a lawsuit to recover fees for living space and utilities, heat and electricity was filed against actress Natalia Bochkareva. Bochkareva herself later said that the legal proceedings were not being conducted against her, but her namesake.

Such an error could have occurred, since only the initials of the parties and their surnames are written in the database of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.
