In Moscow, the availability of free IVF treatment has more than doubled since 2019. This was announced on April 7 by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of the capital.

"Thanks to the systematic work, the availability of the MHI policy procedure in Moscow has more than doubled since 2019: from 5,000 to more than 10,000," TASS quoted her as saying.

According to Rakova, this year almost 12 thousand more Moscow residents will be able to undergo IVF procedure. It is noted that couples with infertility, as well as women who have identified genetic pathologies, can benefit from IVF.
