The schedule of work of street lamps was approved in Murmansk

The Murmansk authorities have approved a schedule for turning on and off street lights for this and next year, 2027. The document appeared on the website of the city administration.

The street lighting schedule is designed for the period from August 7, 2026 to May 9, 2027. It does not differ from what was compiled for 2025, Bi-port news agency notes.

It is specified that, depending on the change in the light level, which is recorded by sensors, adaptive control of street lights is provided. A deviation from the approved schedule of up to 1 hour is allowed.

Earlier it was reported that in the center of Kirovsk (Murmansk region) There will be a system for voice notification and information about the threat of terrorist attacks. The city authorities are looking for a contractor to install the equipment. The system will be installed in the area of houses No. 5, No. 7 and No. 9 on Lenin Avenue and at the Severnaya Hotel. The contractor must lay communications, purchase equipment and install it.
