A court in Moscow has banned dozens of sites desecrating Christian symbols.
The Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow satisfied the prosecutor's demands and banned about 30 Internet pages with desecration of Christian symbols. This is stated in the materials that Izvestia reviewed on April 7.
The websites contained pornographic images showing scenes using a religious symbol, according to one of the rulings.
In addition, dangerous hobbies and unhealthy lifestyles were promoted on the sites, as well as scenes insulting the religious feelings of believers.
In November last year, Moscow courts blocked more than 30 resources with insults of Christian symbols. It was noted that administrative liability is provided for the deliberate public desecration of religious or liturgical literature and objects of religious worship.
