The criminal case of a schoolboy's attack on a teacher in the Perm Region has been reclassified into articles on murder and negligence. This was reported on April 7 in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"Upon the fact of a student's attack on a teacher in one of the local schools, a criminal case is being investigated on the grounds of crimes under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder") and Article 293 of the Criminal Code ("Negligence")," the MAX messenger says.

The attack of a schoolboy on a head teacher in the city of Dobryanka, Perm Region, became known earlier that day. The teenager was detained. Law enforcement agencies are working at the scene. Investigators have opened a criminal case on attempted murder against the defendant. Later, the head of the region, Dmitry Makhonin, said that the teacher who was attacked by the student died from her injuries.

The press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the region noted that it was decided to reduce the lessons of the first shift and cancel the classes of the second shift at school No. 5. In turn, Dmitry Antonov, the head of the Dobryansky city district, called the attack on the head teacher an emergency.
