Almost every second Russian citizen is ready to temporarily learn a new specialty without having any work experience. This is evidenced on April 7 by the results of a study of the services "Work.<url>" and SberPodbor, which conducted a survey among 3.2 thousand Russians in March this year.

"According to the survey, 44% of the survey participants agree to temporarily learn a new specialty without experience if the job arouses interest. 42% are ready to take such a step in order to increase income," follows from a study reviewed by RIA Novosti.

It is noted that 9% of respondents strongly opposed the change of activity, and 5% doubt this issue.

In addition, according to the survey results, HR specialists showed the greatest predisposition to a temporary change of activity: 94% of respondents declared their readiness for such a step. 89% of respondents expressed a similar opinion among builders, 85% in the field of manufacturing and the agricultural industry. In the field of transport and logistics, 84% consider a temporary change of occupation, and in the field of IT — 70% of respondents.

Research on services "Work.<url>" and "Part-time Job" on March 10 showed that more than a third of Russians are going to look for a part-time job this spring. 38% of the respondents shared such plans. The study also notes that 33% of participants from the fields of agriculture, transport and logistics, education and science, as well as accounting are considering the possibility of finding an additional source of income. In the medical field, 30% of respondents said they had a part—time job, and 28% among IT and telecommunications specialists.
