Russia is one of the ten largest chocolate exporters in the world. This was confirmed on April 7 by open data from the Federal Center "Agroexport", which was reviewed by RIA Novosti.
It is noted that the amount of supplies for 2025 amounted to $985 million.
Germany became the leader in exports, which supplied chocolate worth $8.6 billion, Belgium came in second place with a result of $6.7 billion, and Poland came in third with supplies worth $4 billion.
Italy ($3.9 billion) and the Netherlands ($3.4 billion) rounded out the top five. Next in the ranking are France ($2.4 billion), the United States ($2.3 billion), Switzerland ($1.7 billion) and the United Kingdom ($1.4 billion).
Agroexport reported on April 6 that Russia exported record volumes of fresh champignons in 2025 — more than 9.4 thousand tons worth $10.5 million. It is noted that compared to 2024, exports increased by 20% in physical terms and by 42% in value. In total, Russian champignons were supplied to more than 45 countries around the world.
