As a result of an accident in the Kholmsky district of the Sakhalin region, one person was killed and three injured. This was announced on April 7 in the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate for the region.

The accident occurred on the 81st km of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk–Kholmsk highway. According to preliminary data, the driver of a Toyota Ractis car, moving in a westerly direction, lost control.

As a result of the uncontrolled maneuver, the foreign car collided with a Toyota Corolla.

"As a result of a traffic accident, one person died at the scene of the accident, three people received injuries of varying severity," the Telegram channel said.
