In Stavropol, six employees of Rostransnadzor were accused of bribery
A criminal case has been opened in the Stavropol Territory against the former head and five inspectors of the territorial department of road supervision of the interregional Directorate of Rostransnadzor for the North Caucasus Federal District. This was reported on April 6 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.
"Depending on their role, they have been charged with crimes under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Taking a particularly large bribe") and Part 5 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Giving a bribe on a particularly large scale")," the message says in the messenger of the MAX.
According to investigators, in January 2024, the head of the territorial department of the MTU of Rostransnadzor told one of his subordinates that for 30 thousand rubles for each shift worked, he would not hold accountable those who violate official duties. As a result, from January to June 2024, for connivance in the service, the chief received more than 3.9 million rubles of illegal remuneration from five inspectors.
The press service added that investigative actions are being carried out in the case to consolidate the evidence.
On April 6, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that Alexander Ananyev, Minister of Tariff Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, was detained in a case of receiving a particularly large bribe. According to the investigation, the minister agreed to the proposal in November 2022. As a result, he received part of a bribe of 5 million rubles from the owner of the company. It was noted that Ananyev later did not receive the second part, as he did not fulfill all the requests of the organization.
