Mishustin announced the inclusion of cancer vaccine treatment in the compulsory medical insurance program

The Government has expanded the state guarantee program and included treatment with Russian cancer vaccines in the compulsory health insurance system. This was announced on April 6 by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with deputy prime ministers.

"Now, under the compulsory medical insurance policy, it will be possible to undergo treatment using Russian cancer vaccines, first of all, personalized ones that are developed individually for a particular patient and train his immune system to fight the tumor," Mishustin said.
