Air defense forces destroyed 33 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions

Air defense systems destroyed 33 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the regions of Russia. This was announced on April 6 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"33 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the MAX messenger said.

The ministry noted that Russian forces eliminated 18 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod region, one drone over the Kursk region, nine over the Rostov region and five over the Crimea.

If the raids do not stop, the Russian Armed Forces may start shooting down drones over the territory of NATO countries, experts say.

Earlier that day, the air defense forces shot down 50 Ukrainian UAVs over Russian territory. So, drones were eliminated over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Rostov regions, Krasnodar Territory and over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.
