Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to finalize the doctor's appointment through Gosuslugi with new functions. This is evidenced on April 6 by the list of instructions from the head of state on the Kremlin's website.

"To consider improving the procedure for making an appointment with a doctor using the federal state information system Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, including in terms of ensuring the possibility of delayed appointments in the absence of free time intervals for appointments, as well as automatically offering alternative options for routing patients to other medical organizations." — indicated in the text of the document.
