On April 6, the Public Relations Center of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation showed footage of the detention of an agent from Kiev who was planning a terrorist attack against a high-ranking official in the Kursk region.

The detention of a Kiev agent who planned a terrorist attack against an official became known earlier that day. It was noted that a native of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region, Ukraine, who lives in the Kursk region, proactively established contact with a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
