An agent of Kiev who planned a terrorist attack against an official was detained in the Kursk region.

An agent of Kiev has been detained, who, on the instructions of the military intelligence of Ukraine, planned a terrorist attack against a high-ranking official of the Kursk region. This was reported on April 6 in the FSB Central Control Center.

"The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation has suppressed the illegal activities of a Russian citizen, born in 1974, who planned to prepare a terrorist act against one of the high—ranking representatives of the authorities of the Kursk region," the report says.

It is noted that a native of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region, Ukraine, who lives in the Kursk region, proactively established contact with a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
